We bundled the kids in their warmest pjs, threw blankets in the car, and headed to our local tree lighting ceremony on Saturday evening. There were lots of families cuddling close while enjoying each other and the fun spirit filled atmosphere.
It was obvious a lot of thought was put into this magical night. There were carolers of all ages, a giant tree and FIREWORKS!
My kids were most excited about Santa! It was so cute to see my daughter jumping up and down screaming, “Over here Santa! Over here!”

 

I walked into the mall carrying my Starbucks Gingerbread coffee and began to feel little butterflies in my tummy as I saw all the beautiful Christmas decorations.

The kids squeeled with delight when they realized Santa was already at the mall. We played characters in the biggest snow globe I'd ever seen! V&V2.0 had the best time throwing all the snow at each other and watching the snow fall through their fingers!I think the kids might enjoy this snow more than real frosty snow. I hope I can test my theory out soon 😉
