I decided this weekend that I wanted to start eating healthy. To feel better and have more energy. It's been a really positive week. My friend gave me a tip I think is HUGE:
Wash and cut up your veggies (Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and radishes) on Sunday and divide them up in gallon bags. Then when you are ready for them take them out, put olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder on them and shake up the bag. Then put them in the oven on 350 for 30 minutes, flipping everything after 15 min! Amazing!
