I haven’t had a Starbucks in 4 days!

…well I’ve been fixing the home brew =)

Yesterday I had a great day at work. It was super busy. I always enjoy that! Then when I got home I made coconut breaded chicken, sweet potatoes, and this really yummy rice! David and I did yoga in the living room! I stayed up working on Valentine’s scrapbook, but am not very motivated. It’s too long of just one theme so I guess I am just really bored of it 🙁 I’ll finish one day.

I’ve lost track of the days but this is my third week


I was so looking forward to going to Whole Foods this morning!! even like last week at the end of the week I was like ahhhhh I want to go back, but I can’t because we don’t need that much food. Anyways. I put Valentine in the grocery cart with no blanket around her. It was the cutest thing. She is so strong and sitting up all by herself. I got a yummy americano to fire me up to go grocery shopping. I only put non-fat milk and stivia in it. It was really good.

I’m a sweet ‘n low girl but I know that is bad for you. I’d say stivia is very very close in taste.

On the menu this week:

Meals:
Pork loin stuffed with Chorizo and cheddar
Broccoli
Mashed Potatoes

Coconut breaded Chicken breast
Sweet Peas
Brown Rice

Chicken breast
Rice
Cream of Mushroom Soup
and some Cheese
a Veggie

and Steak Round with some pepper seasoning
Mashed Potatoes
a Veggie

Pepperoni
Mozzarella
tortillas
and marinara for some homemade pizzas!
***I’m eating this night and we are having some wine.

However, I will not be eating the yummy stuff such as; mashed potatoes, the chorizo, the breading to the coconut chicken, the cheeses, the rice etc because I am on a major no dairy, no starch, no carb diet. We’ll see how long that lasts.

I’m going to try drinking coffee at home so I got some coffee grounds, some stivia, and some almond milk to use as creamer!

Valentine and I don’t have any plans today so we will just be hanging out and enjoying each other!
