Today was my first day back to work. I really enjoyed it especially knowing she was at home safe with grandma and maybe grandpa. She has been sleeping so good until last night…she did not want me to be presentable for work. Meanie. I have been trying to start her nightly routine at 830 (bath, feeding, massage, rocking, bed) one night was very successful but Ever since then no bueno. I read a book today that said maybe even 630 would be better. David would never get to see her. How does that work? I don’t know but this is rough, being a mom and all.

Daddy worked from home yesterday because he will be gone for 2 weeks. We went to the mall and had lunch. David walked around with little V in her Baby Bjorn. I’m so glad I’ve discovered that she likes this because it is so easy to carry her around in it stuck to me!! Valentine didn’t have her afternoon nap yesterday but decided to pass out from 5:30-10:30 and not sleep a wink through the night. It was awful. Turns out she just had a tummy ache so hopefully this was a one time thing.
